M.A.C Mineralize lipglass in Got Style review

Your lips can be the ultimate style statement. Introducing Mineralize Glass, a sophisticated new Lipglass infused with nutrients that envelop lips in luscious colour. Enhanced with a 77-Mineral Ferment Complex, Mineralize Glass keeps lips soft and silky, providing a luminous, modern shine.

The texture, while similar to M.A.C Cremesheens, feels slightly thicker to me. When I apply a Cremesheen Glass and rub my lips together, the formula feels very thin and almost watery, which the Mineralize ones does not.

The comfortable formula smoothes on with a plush applicator designed to hug every curve of your lips. The applicator is the regular doe foot, with which it applies smoothly and evenly, and they didn’t look patchy on my lips as it applied evenly.

Because the Mineralize lipglass is somewhat thin and less sticky than, the other Lipglasses by M.A.C, I do have to reapply about every 2-3 hours, which I don’t really mind, since these are not that pigmented, the main purpose is not really to color your lips as much as tint them. So, reapplying gives that.

Got Style is described as a “midtonal cool mauve frost.” It’s a medium, cool-toned pink with pearly frosty shimmer finish. This shade is sheer. Although I do not tend to like cool toned lip colors because they never look good on me since I'm an NC20-25, yet the mauve tone looked really natural on my lips for some reason.

Love or hate? Well, if you just want a comfy, easy-to-wear gloss you can toss into your purse, wear day-in day-out, and you like MAC’s signature vanilla flavor and scent (just Like I do <3 ), I think this is a great pick for you.

They come in 12 shades, grouped into Frost and Cream finishes to suit all tastes.
